I was amazed by the outstanding customer service I received at Hotel Da Bolsa. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. When I accidentally left my wife's purse in the room, the honest cleaner found it and the receptionist went out of his way to locate us before our train departure. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and had breathtaking views of the city. The three opening windows allowed for fresh air and a picturesque outlook. I highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional service and lovely accommodations.

This centrally located hotel offers small yet comfortable rooms and a good breakfast. The friendly staff is always ready to assist you. The hotel also has a discount arrangement with the nearby underground car park. With a wide variety of restaurants in the vicinity, you'll never go hungry.

You can hop on hop off buses to center of historical area, and there are plenty of bars, shops, and restaurants just down the road. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with spacious en suite bathrooms. The staff is friendly and always ready to assist you. The continental breakfast offers a variety of options, including freshly squeezed orange juice.

The internet connection was a bit inconvenient as I had to log in every time I wanted to access it.

Great location, walking distance to the train station and restaurants along the river. the view from our room was amazing, overlooking the wineries across the bridge.

The room was very small and could barely fit two big suitcases. the bathroom was also small and the shower made the whole bathroom wet.

Our room at the hotel was small, but it was clean and had a great view from the 6th floor. The location of the hotel was perfect, just a short walk from the river. The breakfast was average, but the freshly squeezed orange juice was a nice bonus. I would recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, views, and convenient location.

The hotel is in a great location, just down the road from the historical section of town and with hop on hop off buses ready to leave for the train station. It is also within walking distance to the city's main square. The rooms are roomy and comfortable, with clean bathrooms. A good choice for breakfast with a variety of coffees available. The view from the room is wonderful, overlooking the Douro River and the city of Porto.

The room may be a little on the small side, but like most guests, we were only there to sleep and shower before heading out to explore Porto.
