I was amazed by the excellent customer service I received at Hotel Da Bolsa. The staff were great too ensure my stay was perfect. When I accidentally left my wife's purse in the room, the honest cleaner found it and the receptionist went out of his way to locate us before our train departure. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and had amazing views of the city. The three opening windows allowed for fresh air and a picturesque outlook. I highly recommend this hotel for its really good service and lovely accommodations.

The internet connection was a bit inconvenient as I had to log in every time I wanted to access it.

The hotel is in a great location, just down the road from the historical section of town and with hop on hop off buses ready to leave for the train station. The view from the room is wonderful, overlooking the Douro River and the city of Porto.

The room may be a little on the small side, but like most guests, we were only there to sleep and shower before heading out to explore Porto.
